after the rain

This rainbow appeared after a heavy rain several days ago. I captured it just in time before it began to fade. The view from our back deck, our own little paradise!!

It’s a sign that summer is (nearly) here. We have switched our weekly NSWalks from Wednesday mornings to Tuesday evenings in anticipation of the heat.
