High above the cliff Beaten by wind and weather – The old tree stump stands.

On a patch of moss New growth bursts forth in the spring – Birds chirp overhead.

When black birds gather In the tall backyard tree top – Weather moving in.

Washed up on the shore Mismatched boots at high tide line – I wonder whose they are….

On a cloudy day Climbing rocks at Peggy’s Cove – Huge granite boulders.

Deep in the forest The old stump still holds treasures – Wonderful mushrooms!

With the spring run off Red puddles of reflection – Bay of Fundy sight…

When light and shadow Create shapes and lines like this – Mysteries emerge.

Big raindrops hanging More moisture is sure to come – The old wife’s tale goes!

These geese floating past With snow sticking to their backs – Thursday afternoon.

Dripping icicles Melting onto icy rocks – The sun shines brightly!
